Do I need to install hardware?

No. Eehsaas runs on any Android tablet or iPad. The same app works in waiter and kitchen mode. POS printers supported via Bluetooth.

What happens if the internet drops?

Orders queue locally on each device and sync the moment connectivity returns. No order is ever lost.

How does the credit wallet work?

You pre-load the wallet with credits (₹5 = 1 credit by default). Every KOT you settle deducts a credit. The wallet auto-top-ups via Razorpay when low.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — the merchant dashboard lets you cancel the subscription and stop the wallet top-up. Active credits stay valid until used.

Which languages do you support?

7 Indian languages today — Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali — across menu, alerts, and invoices.

Is my data hosted in India?

Yes. All data is hosted on AWS Mumbai / Postgres local replicas. We are compliant with the DPDP Act.
